I have my collection still on my iPad but ever since the upgraded or changed the server over a year ago I can't update my online collection (I don't have a desktop alas).  When all this happened .i was having trouble so deleted my online collection and tried to re-upload it, but instead of my 6700+ titles it only has in my online collection 40 and all are blank bar Cleopatra (1934) bizarrely.  I tried contacting the help desk but have never had a response.

I decided to delete my online collection and re upload from my iPad but sadly, it won't let me upload.  So now I have the collection on the iPad but can't back it up to online and can't get updates because if I try to download the blank online version it'll just delete my entire collection off the iPad.

I sent Ken Cole a private message earlier today to ask if he can help but so far no response.

I'm having similar problems to many on here, but it would seem that nothing os going to be done to sort things out.
