I am setting up the Profiler 3.0. There's this section of the screen that says audio/video. There's no information in it. What do I do to get the info. to appear in this box each time i view a dvd in my collection? On the old one you would click on audio/video and it would tell you if it is widescreen, fullscreen etc..,and what the audio content is such as english, dual layer, channels etc....  Is there a step I am missing?
