AT present when I enter EAN profiler comes back saying not recognised, but then goes onto say I'm not able to connect to net. But am connected and can surf other sites etc. Have run a repair but stilll no joy. Have run online net connection test and it agrees I am connected. Any ideas? |

Try to uncheck the button "Download from Invelos" and enter it manually. |
