| Posted: January 24, 2013 6:09 PM | | | | When browsing movies by Genres no movies show up in any Genres. As a matter of fact the only Browse by section that seams to be working is cast and crew.
Is there a setting I need to turn on or something?
I am running IOS app Version 2.0.2 and a iPhone 4S running IOS 6.0.1
My desktop is running Desktop app version 3.8.2 on a Windows 8 Pro machine. |

| Posted: February 13, 2013 9:29 PM | | | | I have repaired the database, created a new database by copying the current database to a new one and removed the app and re-installed it. None of this worked. All my genre list are empty on the iOS app on three different iOS devices. It must be a setting or something? |

Solution:
I am using custom categories (ie, Blu Ray, DVD, VUDU, ect.) and I needed to open the "edit custom category" screen in the desktop application and check the box "include content in owned collection" for each category I wanted to enable the "browse" feature for in the iOS app. |
