Is there a setting I need to turn on or something?
I am running IOS app Version 2.0.2 and a iPhone 4S running IOS 6.0.1
My desktop is running Desktop app version 3.8.2 on a Windows 8 Pro machine. |

| | Posted: January 25, 2013 5:12 PM | | | | I can't replicate that problem. Have you tried running a database repair on the desktop version and then syncing with your iPhone? You could also try to completely close the app on your phone (remove the app from the multitask bar). |

None of this worked. All my genre list are empty on the iOS app on three different iOS devices. It must be a setting or something? |

Solution:
I am using custom categories (ie, Blu Ray, DVD, VUDU, ect.) and I needed to open the "edit custom category" screen in the desktop application and check the box "include content in owned collection" for each category I wanted to enable the "browse" feature for in the iOS app. |
